Plantation is placed in a small village Kluki near Belchatow; by the main road on direction Warszawa Wroclaw, 160 km from Wroclaw city, and 160 km from Warsaw. There is a highway planned nearby. This is a very good localization in the centre of Poland; very easy connection with Germany. Size of the whole farm is 4 ha. Plantation of blueberry is 2,5 ha. This is arable ground of the IVb-VI class. The Farm is equipped with depth well with very high efficiency for watering plantation; water has excelent quality (drinking water), water conduit, irrigating systems (for open space plantation and for plants In greenhouses, electricity, roads inside farm, parking places, fence around the farm ; 7 greenhouses produced in Holland (Rovero brand). There is also a farm-residential building (total 700 square meters) on the farm. It might be designed for cold store, processing plant or others. Blueberry plantation is 5 year old. First harvest In 2004. Plantation numbers of 3000 plants of Blue crop sort.
